So who are we?

Individually, we are Matt Cwalinski, established web developer and new media smartypants, and Chloe Magner, talented designer and creative director extraordinaire. Separately, we do a great job of rocking out, but when our forces unite, we become the supreme powerhouse that is known as Dual Tone Media.

So who are we really?

Chloe Magner lives for all things creativity.  From her love of color theory right down to her ninja monkey pj’s, she is always upping the game when it comes to thinking outside the box. She couples her background as a photojournalist with her experience as web designer to add extra power to her punches.

Matt Cwalinski is the jolly half of Dual Tone Media. A whiz in the field, Matt is a one-man social media/development/digital technology machine. He hails from Syracuse, New York, which means he’s a Yankees fan, and he’ll be sure to remind you of that.

So what do we do?

Located in a cozy corner of Northwest DC, we sit right on the pulse of the creative energy in the Nation’s Capitol. We couple our unique blend of creativity and attention to detail with a focus on the client, enabling us to deliver top-of-the-line work for the best possible end-product.
